INTERNET MARKETING

Hi All,

I can't figure it out

There is a new community that helps each other for free. It is called boondu.com

They are doing all kind of favors there. I tried it for my app, and got a lot of 5 stars ratings from there.

What I can't understand is what is their business model? How come it is for free?

I guess that they are counting on advertisement eventually.

If that gets big it would be a great way to launch a charity, and I'm sure the genius founders would feel they were warranted a big salary.

  It seems cool. But do not see how it is different than regular Forums. Which are started with the intentions as a place to help people.
  
  Maybe the Charity thing is a different type take on a forum.
  
  But yeah eventually Ads will be the way to monetize it. With banners and selling of space
