Best method for membership website registration?

I have a membershio website ready to go and it's my first time doing something like this. A lot of the wsos I've purxhused in the past had a method of registration l liked. The person would click a paypal button, pay, be sent and email with an auto code or a link to where they can create a username/password to login. I've been trying to do the same with a wp plugin or two and it's been a mess and delaying my launch. Any recommendations. Thanks in advance!

      pmp pro and member mouse so far, but i would like to know what people have used for wso type membership sites.

        What list builder are you using?

        I ran a wso, into my members site, but using something no longer available.

        But here's what it does and should be similar for membermouse - Person pays via paypal, and with the integration they are automatically added to the list (as that is part of my connection with them so there is no need to confirm) and after paying they are sent immediately to the registration page.
