Default Important Info for Wellness and Supplement Marketers and Affiliates

Hello Warriors,

I know many here are involved with marketing health related products, supplements, nutraceuticals, wellness, nutrition, etc. either directly or as an affiliate (or through MLMs). I've been involved in this industry myself in various capacities for many years.

As everyone knows, at least in the US, you have to be extremely careful about never making health claims related to these kinds of products. This is especially true when you're marketing your own products/private labels.

You may have read how the FDA and FTC have recently stepped up their efforts in targeting sites, companies and individuals marketing these kinds of products. They truly use what I would describe as Gestapo-like tactics where you are instantly assumed guilty regardless of whether there's meaningful proof or not.

Ask anyone who's been targeted by the FDA or FTC about the nightmare their lives became once it happened...it ain't pretty.

The GOOD news is there has just been 3 new bills introduced in the House to level the playing field and put a stop to this nonsense.

I strongly encourage each of you here in the US (or those of you doing business here from elsewhere) to take action and read and understand this legislation...and then contact your local representatives.

This could be a game changer for the benefit of the health, wellness, nutrition and supplement industries...as well as those who rely on it for their physical and financial well-being. In addition, it could make it all the more difficult and unlikely something as heinous as the WHO's looming Codex Alementarius could ever be implemented in the US.

Here's a link to a good article about this where you can learn more:

Ron Paul Introduces Three New Bills Designed to Restore Free Speech to Health

To our continued freedom to make informed choices about our health and wellness,

Rob

FWIW - This IS NOT an attempt to drive traffic to my own site/article...I have no connection to either.
