Looking for something but I am doubtful anyone will know the answer

INTERNET MARKETING

So, I am building a video site. One very much like collegehumor but I am having one huge issue. I can not find a free page layout to use.

What I am looking for:

people can upload their videos to my site
people can sign up to join the sites mailing list.
the videos will be able to be rated and show how many views they are receiving.

So I am pretty much just looking for a free layout for my site that has a way for users to upload their own videos. I will use wordpress if someone knows of one on there.

I have bought the domain already so I am just trying to get the site together. I worked for 5 hours last night and basically ended with a black background and the title of the site. lol didn't get very far. I was getting too frustrated to really get anything done.

The wordpress theme seems pretty good to me. Maybe it's worth a try. Otherwise, you might have to have someone custom make a script for you at scriptlace or elance. I'm sure it can be too expensive. I'm sure someone has tried selling a youtube type script around here.

  You're gonna need more than a WP Theme for this, I think. RentACoder is a good place to find program help.
