    There is a limitation of transaction in the unverified account. Did you make verify your paypal account? If not, please verify your account first, then you will see, there is no limitation. Thanks a lot.

        Has anyone encountered Paypal Sending Limit this year?

        I have received $1500 and sent $1500 with an unverified account this year without issues. Someone mistakenly sent money to the wrong account and so I transferred it to the right one which is verified.

    If you have unverified PayPal account than there is a limit in your sending as well as withdrawing amount. By the way the above thread in eBay is quite older and PayPal is no longer an eBay company.
