Questions about offshore company

Hi,

i am thinking about opening my company somewhere offshore... maybe British Virgin Islands, or Belize. I live in EU Lithuania. All income is from internet.
Now I use paypal and mostly skrill. (skrill can offer me a back card i can use everyday)
Do you know the cheapest agent to go to get an offshore company set up?
I noticed that they offer bank accounts in Latvia, Malta and Switzerland. Which one to choose? Aren't swiss bank very expensive?
Do you know how much it costs to keep those bank accounts every year? I read that just to open it with offshore company agent takes around $500.
Will i get a physical bank card? And how can i get if I wouldn't be able to confirm my place of living (since i'm not in BVI or Belize).
How paypal and skrill looks at those offshore companies?
What about clickbank? Those payments flow without a problem to offshore?
How much it costs to keep those companies per year?
Can I use godaddy registration domains, ipage.com hosting or should i look for hosting companies that relates to registration place of my company?
Should i use other name (for example fake director name) to register my company offshore. Most agents offers this.
Just looking for someone with offshore experience and straight answers.
