If any of you use Constant Contact, you might want to keep a closer eye on them. If EIG reworks it like they have their other acquisitions, things might get really bad, like delivery rates...

  Agreed! I was happy with them until I had to spend three hours chatting with two different techs. The first tech argued with me about something, which I wouldn't have minded as much *if* he was right, but he was giving me completely incorrect information. The second tech fixed my problem in two minutes, but I had to wait forever to talk to him.

So basically it won't have much of an affect on us IMers. But then small biz could be in for a shake up if that's who's using CC. Just like I see cheap offliners using MailChimp more than affiliate marketers due to their TOS. I can think of another acquisition known to us all where things got shook up This is pretty common.
