Wordpress plugin which auto posts your YT video to wordpress + twitter +facebook?

hello everyone, im looking for a wordpress free or paid plugin which automatically scans your youtube, when it detects a new video / playlist it auto creates a post on your wp site, plus auto creates a post on your facebook and twitter account (all linking the youtube video player), can someone recommend a plugin for this ? which is best?

one more thing, id like if the plugin auto added the other videos in the same page, all the vids in playlist to the right of the player, maybe ud need another plugin for this, if so would be handy if it integrated with the auto poster plugin

i know snap does this for image posts, but videos too?

    If your resorting to using automation to publish your videos to these sites then you run the risk of alienating your audience. Humans naturally do not respond well two robots or automated systems. Well it may seem easy you run the risk of destroying your reputation.
