How To List Aged Domain And Content for Sale?

Didn't know where to ask this question.

I have 5 year old domain and around 40 unpublished SEO optimized niche articles that I haven't got time to build website around. I am no longer interested in doing that and want to sell both domain and content. What is the proper forum section to do that and how do you sell unpublished content without revealing it?

Thanks

For a quick turnover you could try DNforum or Namepros. These are forums with active buyers and sellers, sometimes referred to as domain flipplers.

If you can afford to wait awhile try Sedo, Afternic, Cax, Igloo, Flippa, Ketmo or CN4 in China,

If your content all pertains to one particular subject you could create an ebook. Several marketplaces for ebooks as well.

If those articles are closely related, I think you'd make more money compiling them into an ebook, setting up a simple sales page for the domain, and then listing the site on Flippa, offering auction bidders full, exclusive rights to this new ebook product that hasn't been marketed yet.

You could also try launching it as a cheap plr ebook product, but since you have nothing else to go along with it and no upsell products, it probably won't make you much.

It depends on whether the content is EVERGREEN content.

Some niches have fast changing information and the value of the content depends on how up to date it is.

You could try selling the lot on flippa, on there you can sell domain with content, and you don't have to reveal it, or you could take a screenshot of the content and blur it slightly, nobody will be able to copy it then
