Is 7search.com Legitimate?

Hi guys,

I have been driving traffic to my blog from 7search.com, as a mean of advertising. I really would like to know is it a real genuine advertising platform since I have been seeing clicks, and the traffic stays on the page for a second or so with just a few actions. I have other sources of traffic coming onto my site and they are doing pretty fine (not paid ones that though ).
I am just wonder is it the platform or me who needs to tweak things around?

Thank you in advance.

Are ALL the visitors staying for just a couple seconds and bouncing? How long does traffic from other sources stay on your website?

I'm here wondering the EXACT same thing. I use to use them a long
time ago and just received an invitation to come back and try them again.
And I'm seeing the same thing as you. Not even an optin, and I'm no
rookie. Something is wrong with this picture. Once my funds run
    out I'm done with them.

Check out this "case study" --- http://octatools.com/7search-pay-per...search-engine/

I also tried them, but no conversion on one offer that converted well on other traffic sources.

Are you getting traffic or clicks? It's a big difference. I don't know
how these companies get away with robbing people in plain site.

I'll do my own review and place it on Youtube. Others need to
            be warned.

They are a traffic aggregator for the many sites that host their search box

Draw your own conclusion regarding the QUALITY of such a source

It's no surprise that 7search traffic has a bad reputation

    Whoah! This is classic!

I got a welcome to 7Search email, so I replied letting them know how
I was disappointed in the traffic quality. My email was NOT delivered.
This is the message I got back:

Unfortunately, your mail was not delivered to the following address: <xxxxxxx@7search.com>: 12.171.94.6 failed after I sent the message. Remote host said: 554 rejected due to spam URL in content
I listed some of the URLs in the email for their traffic source, and the
email was filtered as SPAM because of those URLS. Now what does
    that say?

Their main selling point is their CHEAP PPC rates.

Well, they charge such low rates for a reason.

You're better of applying KLT to Google Adwords' cheaper broad search terms for lucrative niches.

    Seriously.

7search is not as good as they used to be and I wonder why cause their traffic don't convert the way they used to that is why use other good traffic sources instead. So I suggest you try others.

I've had the same results as everyone else. I can only recommend Adwords and Bing Ads for PPC traffic.

It works but you have to filter out the bad subids.

Blacklisting Bad Performing SubIDs on 7Search

I would only suggest you run email lead capture type campaigns (to your own lists, not some CPA) and it's so much jerking around I'm not sure if it's even worth it. It did make some money but I don't use it anymore. Honestly it was easier and more time efficient to jump on a VPN, open a private browser window, go make a new Facebook account with a BS profile, and then go hit some groups, make a bunch of friends and then promote the list to them.

Also if I remember correctly you have to bid 5 cents or above or it doesn't seem to work period.

I was about to try them ... before I came across this thread!

I have only heard a few good things about them - but more bad things than good things!

Thank you guys for sharing your experiences!

I don't think I would waste my time and money on them now

I have stopped using 7search after constantly getting zero ROI on several campaigns over the last 5 years. I used to love using them, but that was probably 10 years ago. Now they are JUNK.

7 search is not good for high
    quality traffic. Sometimes it
    gives you good traffic but
    overall is not good.

You can use facebook ads and
    bing ads for high quality
    and targeted traffic.

    Thanks

Ever wonder why 7searches traffic quality has gone down these last few years? Because a large chunk of their traffic comes from malware that changes the default search engine in navigator, but today Chrome and Firefox have become much more secure and it is now harder to install this type of malware.

So now instead of infecting people with malware they started to send fake traffic to advertisers.

7search traffic is 100% bot traffic. Another suspicious thing I noticed is when you do keyword resarch with there keyword tool, you find that the average monthly search for the most of the keywords are higher than with the Google Adwords keyword planner. I guess that means 7search has more traffic than Google lol.

They are a legit company, but traffic is not so "legit" spent 100$ trying to run a CPA offer with landing page 0 leads... unfortunately. I would stick to other PPC networks such as Bing, FB or Google

The effective way to test an unproven ad network.

I have done this many times for networks that I wanted to try. To see if the traffic is real I would do this: (and yes, it cost some money - the minimum amount to get started with the network - and no - none of them ever returned my money because they said their traffic was legit.)

      1. Create a simple B.S. webpage with a topic 99.9999% of real people would not be interested in. Expl - "Pipe Welders conference in Zimbabwe - Reserve Your Spot" - Fill the page with some dumb stuff about the upcoming fake conference.

      2. Create your first ad on the network "Pipe Welders conference in Zimbabwe - Reserve Your Spot" - if it's a banner network make a simple banner.

      3. Set your traffic targets - Tier 1 traffic

3a If you want - use something like Mouseflow so that you can SEE the visitors.

      4. Spend as little as possible and make the ad go live. If you get a lot of hits, you know the traffic is bad.

Stick with the big guys; Google, Yahoo, Bing, FB, etc.

Remember, that there are many marketers promoting these B.S. networks because they get a commission - not because the actually use them themselves.

I used to run 7Search ads as well...pumped in $40 and saw that the clicks are coming in but pathetic opt in rates.

I suggest not going with them because even if you do so, the traffic are junk...

I used Adhitz and Clixsense as well...

Adhitz was crap but Clixsense is worth trying.

They do have opt ins and you can target T1 clicks instead of all over the world.
