Making the Top Sellers list just depends on however many sales people are making that day. If everyone only has 1 sale at 2 am in the morning EST, but you have 2 sales, you'll be number one on the list until you are knocked off by someone selling more later in the day.

As said before...

depending on the other sales from other products.

But there is no official information about that topic from JVZoo, as far as I know.
