    I think if anyone focus to long terms business in internet then he/she have to there own blog. I have a personal review blog. I review successful entrepreneurs products.

    Personally I have a blog. I prefer the 'know, like, trust' approach and having my blog allows my visitors to find out a bit about me first, read my offerings and interact with comments.

    Having a blog is better, in my opinion. It's seen as more authoritative and allows you to build trust. You can also build a list. When you have a blog and start getting found in the search engines, a number of people will automatically sign up to your list without you having to do much of anything (as long as they like your content). All you gotta do is provide value to them.

    • Share tips
    • Give away free reports
    • Promote new products
    • Build opt-in list

    Good question, really. I have blogs for Niches outside of MMO. But I decided awhile back that I would not have an IM blog.

    Rather just an email marketing biz with a standard Squeeze Page and followup sequences with some broadcasts.

    Of course having a blog can only help you. But for me it was about streamlining things and having more time and freedom to do things outside my business career

    If that cost me an extra 10k or 20k a year by not having a blog so be it

    Yes, I have an IM blog. It is all a large experiment like John Chow when he first started. I just want to see how big I can grow this thing. The journey is the most exciting part. A bo$$'$ journey that is.

    Yup sure do blog here, I love it! It is a free source of tons of leads and a way to generate cash flow. I am thinking about doing a monthly report soon that I tally up all the numbers and what I did that month sort of like a record for myself everyone else can view and model if they want.

    Yes, but of course the only reason I have it is to get people onto my list, and provide additional value to people who arrive on my list through something like a squeeze page.

    There is no way in the world I would've started this if I didn't already have success outside the MMO market. It has taken me twice as much effort to make half as money here, but I know the potential is much greater here and the money isn't as important as it used to be. I enjoy working in this space a lot more.
