Monetization ideas

Heya,

My site http://growthtools.io gets 30k page views/mo on a targeted audience of marketers/growth hackers/entrepreneurs and is making about $35/mo with AdSense.

I feel like I should be able to make $80-150/mo from this, but not with AdSense. I've been looking networks that want to target my audience but haven't really found one.

How would you guys go about monetising a site like this?

P.S yes I have affiliate links in there somewhere, but those haven't got great results so far with them.

      Have you considered writing Kindle books?

      Just spitballing here, but you could create a short 10,000 word ebook for 'The Best SEO Hacks from GrowthTools.io'. Make up much of it using your existing blog content, add some new stuff, give it all a polish. You could do this for each category you have.

      With all those pageviews you have, you'd shouldn't have a problem promoting a free run of the book(s) to build up reviews and traction.

        Two possibilities: create or license your own products which should be quite easy in your niche, and . . . start a membership site for the more fanatical folks who want to learn how to effectively use growth tools to grow their businesses. Your content could be reviews of tools, tutorials showing how to use the tools, and user generated content giving personal experiences with different tools.

        You will find that your traffic will increase if you go beyond merely generalizing about the topic. Provide help and value to those interested in growing and expanding. Don't be like everyone else.
