Redirect Links (Software?)

I just watched a tutorial on a redirect link, where you use this redirect link that puts a cookie / pixel and then can tell if a person has bought a product.

The use of the redirect link is to show who has bought and what offer they bought. It also will use the knowledge of the pixel to make sure that the same offer is not offered to them twice. It then will move on to another offer after the first offer is bought.... and if a offer is not bought the pixel is not set off and will re-offer the first offer a few more times to see if the subscriber will buy and then move on.

I would like to know... are there Wordpress Plugins or Software that does this and where can I purchase or obtain a pixel redirect link?

    There are plugins that do similar to this that I know of but I don't know of one that does just this, are you talking about your own product or someone elses.

      This is a product of someone else's however they say there are other redirect link products out there.

      Does anyone have an idea about these other redirect link plugins / software?

      What are there names?
