Many are there but wonder what is the cheapest VPN with serving quality?

    Serving quality? You mean a VPN that could be used to route all your server traffic through? Not sure if that's what you mean – and if so, I'm not one to ask.

    But I've used privateinternetaccess.com for a few years, and I really like it. No scary letters or anything for me.

    I really like any VPN that can change locations with an app/tool like expressvpn IPVanish purevpn.. There's a bunch more obviously. There are just so many useful things you can do by changing your location to a different country. It really opens up the entire world to an internet marketer.

    Tip: don't limit yourself to English. In certain countries, you could easily clone an ultra competitive site in english, and completely dominate in some other language/country. Some countries, you can COMPLETELY DESTROY and easily rank #1 on stuff that would be suicide for US.

    I use Hide My Ass and it's pretty great. I have a 125mbps connection and I don't even notice a difference when using Hide My Ass. I only connect to servers in the USA though. I haven't tried to a server in another country. The service costs about $10 per month and I've found it worth every penny.

      HMA is good but it will cause my internet to slow. lucky you have a good internet connection in your place. so even when HMA slow your line, you wont really feel it

    I believe hostgator offer one of the cheapest, but i wouldn't recommend such a terrible company. Have you consider the cloud option ? i moved my business to the cloud, and never had a better hosting experience

    I have came across many vpn like HMA, PIA (Private Internet Access) but since here your main concern is prices than presently i think Purevpn has the most discounted and cheap rates.
    I will not talk about the quality of any provider hence i was satisfied with all of them but if it is about rates than yes Pure has an edge
