Do Affiliate Vendors on Clickbank Share Buyer Demographics?

I'm new to this and working on targeting specific audiences to sell affiliate products from Clickbank.

I have been making my own educated guesses about the demographics to whom I'm targeting my ads, but it seems to be a time- and money-consuming process to keep experimenting.

In your experience, are any Clickbank vendors willing to simply share the demographic info of their product buyers? It seems that would benefit everyone, because then you could simply target that audience, increase sales, and everyone's happy.

Again, I'm new, so if I'm missing something here, I'd love to be more informed.

    Great question.

    Some vendors will, most won't. The only way you'll know is by asking them. Some may also have a bit of that type of info. on their affiliate resources pages if they have one.

    The product in question had a very basic affiliate page, with no really pertinent info. I found an email address and will try asking them.

    What are the title and description tags on the vendor site? These should contain the main keywords. To determine demographics like gender or age should be relatively easy.

      Most will not, some good vendors will provide it with there affiliate resources. But at the end of the day its up to you. I personally would recommend doing this yourself. If the vendor has the demographics, do some research and compare! see if you get the similar findings.

      You can find your demographics with some good old research. You can use resources like google display planner, Facebook audience insights, similar web..heck even browse some forums on your niche gives you some good intel.

        hey there yep some affiliate resource pages will in fact give demographics, age, gender etc etc. You can also try sites like alexa, quantcast and similar web. The basic free versions will give you some data about a site, but if your a more serious marketer the paid options are the way to go to uncover a ton of information on demographics etc etc

    Anyway try to contact every of them and dont ask them only about country, try to ask about age!
    I think that vendors will share these info coz they have a profit from u, and logically this will only help them and u to success and scale up.
