Default Custom Forms Recommendations Please

Hello All,

I am in need of custom forms for my site. Don't really need an autoresponder component to the forms. Just need it to email me the info from the forms. I need drop down, radio buttons etc. and it would be really cool if it was a multi step to get them vested in completion of the form.

Could you recommend a service for this?

I am not super technical so ease of use would be a bonus.

I am building my sites using XSP doubt that matters but thought I would throw it in there just in case.

THanks
Matt

Would something like JotForm.com work for you? Basically you can create your form using their interface and then get the source code to embed into your page. Pretty cool.

Check out The Road. It even comes with a set of examples, including multi-part forms. Not an affiliate, just a very happy user.

I don't know why the link text changes like that, but the name of the program is Master Form V4 from willmaster.com.
