I was wondering if any seasoned SEO wordpress warriors could help me out.

I have started a wordpress blog in the diet niche.

I have had to change the blog around a little (deleting stuff here and there within the them) and i want to make a few other changes cleaning stuff up. I was wondering if someone could take my admin password and go back there and make sure everything looks ok for seo and give me any tips where needed?
