Wordpress and Optin boxes (techie help)

Hello,
Im after some advice from someone regarding constructing a webpage from a Wordpress theme and also utilises optin boxes on the front page.
I have a small local Business here in the Uk and im reconstructing our webpage as we are going after a lead generation push utilising optins to collect client name and email address.
The question I have is more of a technical question regarding WordPress it is the following:
We are going to use this theme
Onetake WordPress Theme Demo | Just another Hoosoft WordPress Themes Demo Sites site
However we would like an optin box on the right hand side of the video. Is this possible to do with this Template. Some people say to add the optin in the widget part5 of the page in the dashboard.
However please could someone advise on if it is possible to use this theme and also add an optin box to the right of the video and another slightly down the page.
If this is possible is it a simple action to do.
