Is this the right place?

Good day Warriors!

I've been a lurker for quite sometime but only have joined now to really interact. I feel like I didn't had all the reason to before but now I think I do.

3-4 yrs ago I managed a team of great phone agents here in the Philippines doing both inbound and outgoing calls for marketing. We are doing well but I guess I need to widen my network to get more business in.

I was wondering if I am in the right place to interact and also do a bit of marketing to those who feel the need of our services.

Any thoughts? either way I am still glad to have joined as I feel that I'll gain of knowledge in this group.

    If you want to learn more about internet marketing or you're looking for more businesses to work with I think you're at the right place.

    You could start looking into the warriorforum sub-sections like warrior for hire or wanted - members looking to hire you, so you get a feel of what people are offering and looking for.

    If you mean you want to get people to click your signature & spend money... It can happen, sure.

    But, if you really want to build relationships here, contribute more, and offer yourself and your knowledge through the threads, and find the balance of give & take.

    If not, you'll be 'called out' (pun intended) and likely be considered a signature troll... And there's already too many of those 'lurking' as well.

    So my advice... contribute more than; "hey guys, is there business here?"

    Yes, and with a respectful approach, you'll likely want to keep abreast of those who do use this forum to benefit others, and in turn, receive the long-term benefits this forum offers.

    Depends on what you mean by marketing. Self promotion is not allowed at all in the discussion forums. Nor is dropping links to your site. You can advertise through a link in your signature, but not allowed to draw attention to it like saying ... check out my sig. You can advertise in Classified or the WSO section.

    You are definitely at the right place as this is one of the best (if not the best) online business/marketing forum you could find on the internet.

    I believe there are experienced people here in almost every type of business categories you can think of, and they would be ready to help you with any questions that you have.

    There are also a number of ways you can advertise your business on this forum, the most popular one being by launching a thread in the" Warrior Special Offers" section.

    Hey everyone!

    I'm surprised on how active this forum could really get as simple inquiries like this get noticed.
    Trust that I will do the same and will definitely share things I know that would probably help out others too.

    And yes im here for both (just being practical too.. and honestly speaking) looking for potential business contacts and definitely the knowledge i can share and gain -- the interaction part.

    I am now convinced that this is more of a "community" rather than just an "online forum" if you know what i mean..
