Developer Rights to digital goods

Hi all, I came across a PLR website that was selling digital goods with Developer Rights. The website doesn't explain what Developer Rights is, does anyone here know the definition of Developer Rights?

Your Thoughts,

You need to contact the seller and ask them for the specific list of what the rights are.

These can vary from product to product.

But "typically" it should include something along the lines of ability to change the code in a software if that is the product. Sometimes it could just mean more flexibility on where you can use the product.

Development rights are unused rights that allow developers to make changes to their property within the limitations imposed by state or local law. An example of development rights are air rights.

If you don't know what you are talking about and don't understand the context of a question, then please don't answer. You aren't helping anyone with answers like this.

Developer rights usually grant you the rights as the "Developer" and you can then develop or change anything you like
