How Should I Price This Revolutionary New Backlink Builder?

Or Should i even sell a product like this?

Basically, in short what this product does is it:

*Searches Google For <private> urls

*Then harvest all the <private> urls

*From there, it will create an account in all <private> urls harvested (including bypass captcha)

Manual activation must be done in email inbox

The user will be able to use the product to:

*Automatically log in activated accounts and post their backlinks.

The <private> urls are do-follow community sites. If you are thinking whether the links are worth or not, i can say that i managed to harvest around 338 links with it. 99 of them are PR1-6 sites. The remaining are juz indexed without PR

So what do you think?
Everything is automated except for clicking activation links in the email.

WRT pricing, if its just a script and you have no ongoing hassles (customer service, constant updates etc)...I would say split testing between $97 and $197 won't be such a bad idea

      What do you say?
      what is WRT?

I'm sure i would face ongoing hassles... you know it is kind of inevitable when it comes to softwares especially...

Updates, i doubt unless really necessary. NEW versions that harvest new sets of <private> urls and repeats the whole process automatically will most definitely be the case.

What about using it to providing a link building service by using this tool? What are you thoughts about that?

I would have 2 options, if I were you:

          1) one off life time membership - $497
          2) monthly membership for 5 backlinks/mth (with lifetime support & upgrades) - $9/month

Or something like that, if you know what I mean?
Yeah I get you. Thank You For Your Suggestions!

Well i guess what i would do at the moment is get a DEMO out soon enough to maybe like demonstrate the process for like 5 links first and see how it goes.

But honestly, i'm still a green horn. I've never really sold my own products online successfully before. However i think there's potential with this current one.

Sounds like like an awesome tool is it a script or is it a software you download. If it is software you download I would say at least 97 though I pay 5 bucks a month right now for 30 sites I submit my backlinks to and it works. If you want someone to test it out let me know

        Exactly my point!

Next thing we know it will be in your sig, or even better as a wso!

Your not selling anything at the moment but you are indiretly building up a 'list' of people who are now looking out for your product!

Now if you actually provided some value and did this then it would be a bit more acceptable and the more 'correct' way of going about doing this!

Im sure many other warriors agree and i refuse to bump your thread anymore with my replies!

sounds like a basic scipt. I don't think you could charge too much without putting some extra features in there. There is a SEO forum that shares scripts like that for free.

I agree with Tom sounds like a pre-sell to me .. A few things I noticed you want a pricing structure but yet did not answer the questions that was asked. Also it amazes me how someone can give you a price for something they never seen ..lol

Yes it is a basic script that uses google api ... Nothing "Revolutionary" I have a free backlink search in my members area for my members because I got tired of seeing people charge a monthly fee for something that is pulled by google api ...

I agree with you James. It's a lot more realistic to set a price for something one can actually see in action. So I suggest, c.zhehao, that you provide a demo as soon as possible which might make it a easier for you to get response. We'll be waiting for that demo - could be a simple video even...

    a couple of problems:

    1. Goog will find out
    2. what link quality will you get?

Every time we try to beat the system we get hammered.

Trust me it would be using the api of google, nothing to find out... The link quality can be good and bad, it depends upon the keywords you are searching for. I use mine and I find sites that are from PR0 - PR9 - Mine also shows compete.com stats ... Now I do not put to much faith into PR because it means very little but the entire point is... It all depends upon what you are looking for.

Anyone can access google api, all you need to do is request for a license. Google even gives you basic example code to use.

Again though I agree with Tom, sounds like a pre-sell to me for something that is not "revolutionary" and then before you know it there is a wso and opt-ins and etc ...

This will be my last post in this also ...
