My best friend is desperately looking for a social media job and I'm trying to help him out. Any suggestions on where to post for something like that? Any job posting boards that anyone could recommend?

Firstly, show your potential employer the results from your current social media campaigns. Once these are good enough...you are likely to get hired...sorry..your friend is. All the best Barry |

Your friend should set up a resume that talks about what s/he does - very specifically and thoroughly - and yes, results they've gotten in the past for others. Employers want to know they will get results when they hire.

Your friend should hang out on Elance, Scriptlance and Guru. They will have more than their share of people who would hire them to set up and maintain stuff like Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, etc. CT |

If your friend is really good at generating business through social media he can probably just work for himself and generate his own business through it.
