Sites that announce affiliate offers/program - do you know of any?

I know once upon a time there was a thread here in the Warrior Forum that contained a list of sites where you could "register" your affiliate offer or program.
I've searched and can't find it.

Does anyone remember the thread?

I'm looking for a list of announcement sites - want to start the list again?

Example http://www.associateprograms.com/

I just picked up an affiliate tonight from that program

  If you are on a good affiliate network, they many times will announce your site.
  
  If you join the top affiliate directories some of them announce their newest additions.
  
  Some affiliate forums also allow new affiliate program announcements, so you can try that.
