anyone try the 123 Power System?

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone has tried the "123 Power System?" Is it worth buying? Does anyone have a copy I can buy for real cheap? My understanding is that it's just reseller rights to a marketing course? But seems like a lot of people are selling it online, what's the deal with that? How good could it possibly be? Just looking for some kind of new product to sell.
