I've added RSS to my site using a tool I picked up from another forum. When a visitor clicks the RSS icon on my page they get a new page looking very much like a sitemap with the format www.mydomain.com/rss.xml
But I thought RSS feeds are supposed to have an rss file extension, not xml. Have I overlooked something and simply created a sitemap? Oh no, rss feeds are in .xml format so you got it right. It works too so looks like you are set :-)
