Hi there, I have a very simple question. Basically I am preparing an info product and I intend to have a forced optin form that will then take prospects to a landing page. With autoresponders, once the prospect has signed up, they then are taken to a page that tells them to confirm the sign up, whereas I want them as soon as they have signed up be taken straight to a landing page. Does that make sense. Wondering if anybody has any tips. Thanks |

You can create your own custom confirm page, so instead of sending them to the default page that says "Please confirm your email" you would send them to your landing page. In AWeber you would enter the URL of your landing page as the Thank You Page while you are setting up (or editing) your web form. They still have to confirm before you can email them, of course. If you want to get around that and have single optin, you would need to use a different autoresponder. |

I get this message there: Confirmed Opt-In: All subscribe methods require Confirmed Opt-In to ensure only recipients who have specifically requested to be on the list are subscribed. This means you have proof someone opted-in, fewer unsubscribe requests and far fewer spam complaints. | |

@Gwuido65 - Happy to help. ![]() @Rosie Cottis - It should still work, even with the old account. Just to the left of the text that you noted, there is a green square graphic that says "Status ON". This is actually a button, and you can click it to change the status. I think most people (including myself) never notice this right away because it doesn't really look like something that's clickable. :P -Jack |
