What Problems Do Business Leaders Face?

I run a digital marketing agency and I was wondering what the answer to this question is:

What are the biggest digital marketing problems business leaders (CEO's, Presidents, etc.) face in this day in age?

as time passes, businesses get new opportunities and new challenges which means that they must change their approach and adapt to the new trends. the CEOs must come up with techniques to get more customers as well as ensure that the current customers are retained by ensuring customer satisfaction. their decisions will always affect the business negatively or positively which is a big challenge to the leaders.. the challenges include also meeting new online customers, knowing when to embrace change and many more. Thanks

The answer for most CEO's and Company Presidents is none. They have people that take care of that sort of stuff for them. And those people, if the company hired correctly, will know how to do their job as well as find solutions to problems

Keeping a DUI quiet. But that'll probably fall more on PR.

That's a good question ( I guess). But you may not get the best answers to your question here, unless you're talking about CEO's and Presidents of a home based (spare bedroom) business or affiliate program.

        Bingo.

As one of the (probably) very few people here who may actually fit that description, I despise dealing with prospective contractors who have a sense of entitlement. If you don't have a real knowledge of me, my business model, my industry and my problems, then you are wasting my time and I am going to find someone who does.

You are focusing on the wrong thing. Instead of looking for an abstract problem to solve for businesses, immerse yourself into an industry and become an expert in their niche. Read their journals, participate in their forums, understand and solve their problems. Then, you may actually be of some value to them when you go to make your pitch.

Niche man nails it (as usual)

Step one... define the market you want to serve.

Step two, see the above answer.

I would say that the offline business owners who do not have an online marketing consultant are missing out a lot and are constantly a step backward with the advancement of the online technologies.

One example being that many business owners might have had a website created for them 5 years ago and are currently not even aware of the importance of having their website "mobilized".

You are asking in the wrong place.....
Don't quite get the point but how many "CEO's, Presidents, etc." do you think are here today looking at your question? Oh and i'm not talking about self proclaimed CEO's who run a SEO service on Fiverr....

I'm no CEO but i guess that leaders in a fast changing market like digital marketing are facing the problem of trying to stay relevant in their market.

What kind of problem are you facing Chris ?

It's a pretty open question, though a couple challenges would be:

    - Staying agile and exploring new territories before smaller companies rise up and overthrow their dominance.

    - Maintaining a connection with your audience as they move from platform to platform. The internet moves a lot faster than traditional platforms did.

Since you already have a list of prospects or customers, why not ask them?

I think most of the people here really have no clue about how to run or the challenges involved in a "real" business.

You can tell this by the questions they ask and statements they make. For example, the universal type post about how they want to make it big with no cash, no tools, no experience, no website, etc. shows complete ignorance about entrepreneurship or business of any kind - no matter what guru promised it real business people know better than to even ask silly questions like that.
