Biggest Problems with You Have w/ Video Marketing?

There's been a lot of changes online concerning video marketing, I'm interested to know what is everyone's biggest issues or frustrations when it comes to video or video marketing online? ie: video creation, ranking video, etc.

I'm looking for specific answers too if possible! thanks

    I've had a lot of success with video marketing in the past...

    ..until Youtube suspended my account.

    That's my main issue... that you can get a massive following, passive traffic, etc, and it can be turned off in an instant.

    I've asked for feedback from Youtube as to why my account was suspended but never got a specific answer except that I need to read the Community Guidelines and Policies.

    I've done that several times but am still dumbfounded.

    My content was ethical, never spam.

    Here's what I think happened...

    Because I was in the MMO niche, and there are a lot of spammers out there, Youtube is less lenient on Internet marketers promoting their website.

    I was agressively promoting my website, and I think that may have been an issue also.

    When I say 'aggressively promoting my website, I mean that I had my url watermarked on some of my videos, and at the end of the video I would have a 30 second splash screen with a call to action to visit my website.

    Now, I know other marketers that are doing this and have not had their account suspended, so it is intriguing to me.

    Video marketing is awesome, but my recommendation is to not be too agressive in getting people to visit your website.

    In the end, I guess it makes sense that Youtube doesn't want visitors leaving their site.

    my biggest challenge is the content of the video. I dont want it only to convert, I want conversion and mostly we are not able to convert and which is the best platform to distribute my video. I dont want to distribute it just for the sake of it.

      Here's my biggest issue with video marketing . . . long boring videos that force you to sit and watch for 30 minutes before getting to the point. I feel like I am being held hostage - I don't get to see the offer until I've wasted a chunk of precious time! Marketing videos should be 3-4 minutes max.

        That's my biggest peeve with video marketing too.
        You need to get to the point and fast.
        And keep in mind also that in a country like mine high speed internet is a thing of the future.

    a friend of mine had the same problem with youtube.
    I think the viedo marchrting and specifically on youtube is important, even if you can not put your splash etc.
    it is important to have an image, to qualify your brand and bring your customers consider yourself a professional figure.
