SAAS - who are people hosting with?

I'm looking for recommendations for a reliable cloud based hosting service for a 'software as a service' app. I see a lot of cloud based apps being launched here so who are Warriors hosting with? And do you go with managed hosting?

    I use Rackspace Cloud Sites; the web and database hosting servers are managed by them. Unless you have the skills and are willing to be personally available 24/7, managed is the way to go. I can get you in for US$5/mo if you want.

      Hi David, can you please elaborate their plan a bit, $5/month? I mean how much CPU cycle, memory, disk space and concurrent threads, etc with your mentioned rackspace plan. I am interested, but do not know how to get in.

        It includes 10G bandwidth, 1G storage, 200 compute cycles, and one may exceed these for nominal fees. WF rules are such that I can't post a link here without getting banned, but you are welcome to PM me with your email address if you'd like. The plan I mention is not directly available on Rackspace's site; their public minimum rate is US$150/mo.
