Hello

I want to start with Amazon Associates.

Want to know what I need to be accepted and so on.. (advises)

My neighbour often orders items from Amazon and if he'll make that operations from my site, I'll get % every time yes? or Amazon pays from only one IP's??

P.S. Ebay Partner Network is good too as I know, but more easy is to get in Amazon as people says.

Thanks

If you provide your neighbor with your website and you link to amazon products and your neighbor follow those links to amazon and makes a purchase, then, yes you should get your commission.

If, however, your neighbor comes to your house to access this, then you will not get any commission.

As JC Web mentioned it is against Amazon's Terms-Of-Service to specifically have friends and family buy things via your link for a kickback.

Amazon is pretty wise to this and if 100% of your Associates income is coming from a single user and is all direct traffic they will ban your account pretty quick. The same goes for other networks like eBay

It's actually against the TOS for you to get friends to use your affiliate link. So if Amazon determines you know this person, you not only won't get paid, but can get banned. Now they may not catch you, but an address next door that repeatedly buys from you would be pretty obvious.

It's a funny thing that amazon could ban me for things like that.

If my friend or neighbour or **** him who is he wants to order items and order it from my website, I don't see a reason why Amazon bans for that.

He likes my website and he often transfers to amazon from my website to buy items, so what's the f/// problem..don't understand..

It doesn't matter. The Amazon program wasn't designed for you to make money from a single source who is already buying. They want to use the program to have you encourage new users in various niches to switch over to buying from Amazon.

You're trying to game the system and make some small money from Amazon so it makes sense they'd try and ban you for it.

      1. They are discouraging fraud.

      2. If a customer would already buy from amazon, you are not doing them any favors. They pay affiliates money to get people to buy from amazon who may have otherwise bought elsewhere or not bought at all.

      3. They are the ones paying you, so they get to make the terms. You don't have to participate in the program if you don't like the terms.

Why are you arguing something silly like the above when you don't have an Amazon acct as yet? Of COURSE Amazon can ban you if they want to - they own the program. Whether you like it or not is irrelevant.

Go to AMAZON to read the terms and conditions and to apply for an affiliate acct.

    Yeah, Understood.

So Amazon pays you only from a sale of item yes?

or also for a traffic conversion or something else?

    As Ebay?
