Default Free business idea that will benefit a charity of your choice.

I was helping a local old age home the other day dropping off a pile of my old books, and was a little peeved that nobody wants to do charity work anymore.
And then I started to formulate this idea.
It probably is not new at all, but it was new to me.
I was going to put it into my ideas folder, but I have so many ideas in there already and I realized that I people started to do this it can help charities in a big way all around the world.
All that I ask is that you do not take advantage of the idea.

Do it for the charity.
Here is what I realized. People would help if they could do so in their own time and at their own speed. They would be very willing to do work typing on their computer. All you need to do is to get volunteers that wish to help a charity to help you.
Here is the PLAN.
You choose a charity that you like and want to help.
Then you find products that could be sold online and will earn them money. Obviously affiliate products would work the best. But other stuff would work.
I suppose that you do not need to match up products at all. I.e. animal shelters with dog products.
You build up a great website - Landing page style or full wordpress blog.
Do the one that works the best for you. But do it fully monetized and with all the necessary bells and whistles.
When it is fully set up go and have a meeting with the charity. Explain to them what you have in mind. get then to get volunteers for you.
And do the same with a few other places.
A bit of brainstorming should get you a few places that will help you to get volunteers. A local radio station would be the best. Especially if you explained that this system is the new 23rd century way to raise funds.
So when you then have 50 volunteers each willing to do 2 hours a week you set the whole ball of wax in motion.
What you do is to supply each person with a little training course on writing a good article, and then give them a list of keywords that they must write up articles on\or about.
The charity would be getting 400 articles put up onto their website and submitted to the article directories every month. They would do very well. Especially if you do your part properly.
Checkup on the volunteers, nurse them and best of all show them the results of what their labors have achieved.
Now here is the part where your ethics kick in.
Naturally if you are doing the work you should be paid, but please be nice.
If you are already a successful marketer then you could devote the time or payments to staff as your own contribution to the charity.
Or you could take a percentage. 10% or 50%. Go with your own conscience.
Personally I would take what I need in the beginning and eventually get it running with almost no work from myself and then give away most of the money.
It is easy to say that now.
So that is it. I have not given it too much thought, and it could be tightened up a lot.
But essentially you would only do the start up work. The more volunteers that you can get to help the more money the charity would make.
And your percentage would be nice.
I suppose that you could also use the same volunteers to help drive a normal product that you own. My concern would be that then you should be entitled to a bigger percentage. On Clickbank I am planning to give 75% commission anyway, so the same to a charity would be no different and some old people would be getting helped.
You could even do a rinse and repeat trick to get more charities helped.
JUST A FINAL NOTE – PLEASE BE NICE. You will have to live with yourself if you abuse the system.
thanks

Rob
