I've heard that tracking202 is the best for tracking affiliate campaign for free but it become to be paid one after seek for not paid version.

Where can I stumble upon free version to use? Download link is only to direct to paid version like 1.8.15 or 1.9.4...

        I have no idea what you're talking about. I downloaded it there for free. I don't know why you can't.

        And I just tried it again and it downloaded the latest version for free again. Full version, completely free.

      Well, you need to put it on a server. That's very clear. Where were you planning on installing it? Unless you are going to set up and run your own server, which from your posts in this thread clearly would not be a good idea, you are going to have to pay for hosting.
