"What to do with this domain?" questions

Hi all,

I thought I'd spout off a bit here after a busy day. I've noticed a few "what should I do with this domain?" questions recently.

My answer: bin it.

If you've got a domain - no matter how good it sounds - without a good idea of what you want to do with it, then bin it.

You've got things back to front.

Spend your time on generating a workable idea with a market, not one that matches the domain. Then invest the $10 or less to get a domain name that matches the market and your proposition.

Spout over.

Instead of tossing the domain, spend a few minutes to set up a Sample 1 or 2 page Site...demonstrating the USE of the Domain and the Site.

NOW...you have something worthwhile that others would be highly interested in BUYING!
