Incentives to buy WSO ok?

I have 2 software WSOs that I plan on releasing around Christmas. I'd like to offer one with an incentive. If the WSO reaches 100 sales, the 2nd WSO will be free for those 100. I've searched around, but haven't found any information on this exact subject. Is this something that would be acceptable? Or am I just out of my mind?

Input would be greatly appreciated.

    If this is your own product there would be no problem, but PLR would be...! , so If buyer X purchases the first WSO and that was to reach 100 sales Buyer X would then be able to download 2nd WSO for free! should be good to go.
