(Newb Guide) How Can I Make Money With No Money?

This is just a quick guide/recap on exactly what I did to make $245 in one day (2 hours actually) and $1,000 in 2 weeks when I was extremely BROKE and was first getting started making money online. I was arbitraging services for job seekers such as resumes, cover letters, reference sheets, and LinkedIn Profile creation.

This method can possibly get saturated, but there are so many people looking for a new job daily and there are so many places to advertise I really can’t see it happening.

I can only personally vouch for this working in the US and Canada as I have posted ads and got clients from these two countries. I’m sure this can work in any country, you'd just have to find the right market of people to target.

Okay here’s exactly what I did.

So pretty much everyone in the IM sphere knows about using Fiverr and Craigslist for digital services arbitrage and that’s how I got started making money online. I was arbitraging logos and articles from fiverr sellers to people on Craigslist. But one day when I was in the writing section of Craigslist, I saw an ad for resume writing for $50 a resume and another one for $60 a resume. They both also said $25 a cover letter.

I knew people on Fiverr did resumes and cover letters for $5 so I figured if I could do arbitrage with logos and articles I could probably figure out a way to do it with resumes as well and make way more profit from my $5 investment as I was selling the articles for only $15 each for about a $10 profit.

So what I did next was put an ad on Craigslist that played on the fact that there were a bunch of different and cheap prices people were offering for resume writing and that if they wanted quality they had to pay for it. I believe this was the key to me having success as I tried multiple ad copy.

My ad offered resume writing for $75 and cover letters for $35. That gave me a $65 profit per resume and $25-30 profit per cover letter because I gave the Fiverr sellers $10 per resume and sometimes $10 per cover letter. I would post ads in 5 different cities 2 or 3 times per day (multiple ad copies/multiple prices/multiple services). I did this for about a month and from these ads I was getting at least 1 resume/cover letter every other day. For each client, all I would have to do is talk to them about their career goals and what they needed out of their resume then relay that info to my Fiverr sellers chatbox. One thing I’d make sure to ask them is what they specifically have the most trouble doing on their resume so I can make sure my resume writer focuses on that.

I’d wait one day, and the resume would be ready for me to send to my client. Pretty much every single time there was some kind of edits that the client wanted and they were small enough I could do myself.

Now that’s the whole model on a basic level and you can use that ALONE to make $100 or more weekly even with just 1 resume/cover letter combo completed. There was a day I made $245 in a 2 hour period from people replying to my ads. So I KNOW this is powerful and if you are reading this and need some extra cash...just start posting ads!

This method is very simple and if you think about the fundamentals I was using, you can use this and arbitrage virtually any digital service you can think of!
