Backlinks

Hey Warriors,

I recently purchased 2 different WSO regarding high PR backlinks. Anyways, after completing the backlinking to the suggested websites Backlink watch is showing a site has having no PR what-so-ever. Its the only site that has shown up so far, but is Backlinks Checker Tool - Backlink Watch wrong?

I'm new to backlinking, but I do have the basic understanding of anchoring text for SEO and so fourth...

Is there any sites out there that is more accurate?

    It takes some time - around 2 weeks to months before some back links will ever show up, and I think you should monitor your keyword ranking instead of the back links, that's how I do my back link building.

    To get your backlink index faster, get big mike socialbot, he included the ping feature in the new version, you can use it to ping your back links or just goto pingomatic and do it manually..

    PR is not something you need to worry about for a few months at the least. You can rank very highly and have no PR for months if you have enough high quality backlinks.
    Google only calculates PR every 3 months or something like that from what I hear. But backlinks take effect as soon as Google knows about them.
    If you're looking to rank in Google, the only site you should care about is Google itself. If you're showing up for the keywords you're trying to rank for but you're not in the top 10 yet you probably need more backlinks from high PR sites. If you can't find any on your own (and there are plenty of ways to do just that if you use your imagination) you can buy more backlinks packages (or in the case of some WSOs wait for next month's issue).

    well, it takes time for backlinks to be shown in SE. a better way to check is checking yahoo directly.
