I am having some parts on my sites ( banners, logo, templates ) need to be designed/redesigned

Where are the best places to find professional graphic designers?

Any advice?

    Upwork, formerly Elance had a lot of top notch designers when I was freelancing, but if you get roped into believing and buying the claims from the bottom of the barrel low ball bidders, you won't get the best. Look at previous customer feedback and their portfolios before deciding.

    Another good place you can try is fiverr.com. You'll find good graphic designers there that can create those for you. And they are extremely cheap depending on the task you want done.

    I like to use Fiverr. There are great designers there who are prompt - and deliver a great finished product. There are other options, but this is my main source. I make my outsourcers rich LOL.

    Hello. I have been working o upworks.com whoch is the former odesk for more than 4 years now and I can say it is the agency that has people who are qualified in what they do. One good thing with upworks is the fact that you can be able to view the profile of people who have applied for your job and some of the previous jobs related to yours so that you know if they will serve you or not. Find someone who has a good ratings and review. This will assure you that they know what they are doing and are professional enough to working with your project.

The most professional one in my view is the odesk which is now upwork..... top rated and many top web designers are there and they are working day and night there. you can check there compatibility on their profiles..... If you don't want a designer from there or whether you have tried from there... apart from that i know a professional designer and experienced designer who work as freelancer on Upwork... He can work for you... If you are interested for some serious and professional work you need I can tell you about that designer and he will definitely be according to your desire and the work you wanted and will be professional....
