Is there an Video App that creates these?

Hiya,

Quick one really, i see these types of videos popping up on my FB feed:



... and now i've a client who would now like to "knock" several of these out. I've seen quite a few flowing from a few channels. Is there an APP that's out there that helps with easily creating these quickly?

    Not sure if there is an app, though a template in Premiere Pro or any other professional video editing software package could easily handle this.

    You could make a template quite easily, just position the video in the centre of the frame and add the black boxes and text.

    Alex, thanks for the reply, however I have been told there is one that a quick add of the video and text edit, kinda like snagit.
