Do you currently have income or savings to support yourself? What is it that is stressing you out so much? Unless this is some kind of life or death situation, take a moment and put it into perspective. What's the worst thing that is going to happen if the launch isn't successful?

Now if you are about to become homeless or something else that really scares you if you don't have a really successful launch, then my advice would be to find another stable source of income in the meantime to take the pressure off. Get a job (or second job if you have one) and make the success of your ebook less necessary to your life.

Put all these tasks you are doing for your ebook into manageable microtasks and set a realistic schedule for each one to be completed without pressure. Focus on each task as you do it and don't worry about the others during that time. Get it done bit by bit instead of being overwhelmed by the entire project.

Breathe and take breaks as needed.

I have a job here in Egypt. But my Permanent Residence Australian Visa will expire in 4 years and I have to make myself an online source of income to support my family there. Yes kind of life (Australia) or death (Egypt) situation.

hey yes sometimes people feel like this. I felt like this at first because I was unorganised, overwhelmed and burnt out. I tried to take on too much work and I definitely was not conscious of time. Here is some stuff to help you from my opinion :-

        1) Time management will really help!

        2) Organise what your doing, whether its on a notepad file online or the good old pen and paper approach, doing this will make you less stressed.

        3) Continue to live your life, don't put all your attention on making money online find a balance!

        4) Think about the results not always the work!

You need to take a step at a time. Even if it takes longer you can not worry about everything at once. Make a list on everything that is needed - put in time order. i.e what needs to be done first and take action. For me music helps when I work, also sometimes I will put a favorite movie on my laptop while working on desktop and sort of work unconsciously. Hope all works out.

Yes, when I was starting out, I experienced tons of stress with my online business. But at a point, I had to outsource part of the work to some team. Though I was short on funds, it was worth it.

It will save you more time, save you from stress and most importantly, get the job done in a more professional way than you could have done.

Sent you a PM to help.

Yard by Yard, IM is hard, Inch by Inch, it's a cinch.

Seriously, just pace yourself. If you outline your requirements and each step required to reach to desired result, then you simply follow that logical process and ignore other thoughts/distractions.

I find listening to relaxing "study music" helps too. You can find some awesome ones on Youtube that will play for several hours and are highly soothing when you are getting stuck in.

I find the most common cause for stress however, is the uncertainty and doubt. Just create your path, perform each step on the way and keep your eyes on the prize

I think everyone has some level of stress. The way I look at it is what good will getting stressed do? It will normally cause more harm than good, so just keep that in mind and try to relax.

It's normal. If you are working really hard but still you don't get response as you expected, then it's very normal to become anxious. I was aware about what will happen at the start up,, I learnt it from a friend. That is how I dealt with it. I suggest you to keep up your hard work anyway. I believe those work will not go in vain.

Firstly you may feel this kinds of problem. It will be solved slowly. Do not feel bother to marketing. Firstly you may have a small sell. No problem, it will increase gradually. You can make a discount offer for a specific period of time. It may increase your sell. Thanks. Best of luck.

Of course. If you don't you may not have a blood pressure lol

But degrees of it can be more for some than others.

If it really starts to get where it is pervading your Life 24 hours a day 7 days a week to the point you cannot function at all and you feel extremely "desperate" then that's when you need to evaluate your situation ( imo)

    It's normal, man.

You don't have time to wallow in doubt or
    self-pity.

Enjoy the process and take it one day at a
    time.

How do I deal with it?

    Jesus.

Through Him I have strength to fight off
doubt, despair, desperation and lack of
    confidence.

Why not consider distributing your workload by outsourcing?

Personally I program myself and take one step at a time. So try and develop a plan that you can work around with and do one task each day till you finish your project. This will make much easier for you to relax each time a task is accomplished.

Completely normal my friend. You are probably a smaller business with most of the responsibilities on you, so right now you have a lot on your plate. There are a lot of things you need to line up to be successful and you know it. However, what I suggest you do is outline a detailed gameplan between now and your planned launch date.

Outline all the major things you need to accomplish in a broken down fashion - from now until launch date. Once you have done this then you can relax into each day and simply focus on the tasks you need to work on for that day. You do not always have to have every single task from start to finish floating around your head at all times. Just break things down and try to flow from day to day, with your mind living in the moment.
