Long tail keywords for travel blog

Hi warriors,

A noob question regarding long tail keywords... I have purchased Long Tail Pro but found myself clueless of what to do with it for my travel blog. As travel blogs will feature many different countries and cities, so do I search based on the country or the city? Say for example, Japan/ Tokyo. What I can find useable are things like; Tokyo travel, Tokyo tourism, Tokyo attractions etc. Most of the other keywords aren't relevant.

Could someone help to direct me to the right directions in finding long tail keywords for travel blogs please?
