How do Click Bank affiliates deal with refunds of sales?

Hey warriors.. I have a question regarding Click Bank refunds.. For example..if there is a digital product that I sold through click bank as an affiliate, and if these products have 60 days money back guarantee, then when somebody purchases a product through my affiliate link, then I get commission right? But for me to get that commission to my hand or through pay check, should I wait for 60 days or is it that I get the commissions before 60 days..but if I get the commissions before 60 days, then what happens if the customer had requested a refund and what if I had withdrawn the money already? How is it solved and managed?

When a sale is returned the customer receives a 100% refund and payouts from that sale are debited back out of the corresponding Vendor and Affiliate accounts.

ClickBank withholds a fraction from each payment that is credited back to your account after 12 weeks (about 84 days). These funds are used to manage quality issues that may arise with Products you publish or promote, including delayed refunds or charged back sales. The standard return allowance is 10%.
