Efficient money handling with Paypal?

Just wondering how others handle their funds with Paypal today. Instead of moving funds around with bank checking (or savings) accounts, do most people prefer to use their own bank credit card or maybe Paypal's credit card? Or are there other methods even better?
Thanks for ideas. Just trying to see if there are better yet still safe means of handling transactions and funds with Paypal. I haven't tried to use their credit card and was wondering if that might make things easier - and even cheaper in the long run. Plus I wondered about Paypal's default systems; ie what is the default paying out of funds if you have their credit card hooked up? Do they still take from cash on hand first, then your checking account, then their credit card?
