I am private lender and Investor and i'm finding it difficult getting clients, i came to the forum for help, is there any way i can search for good email leads form any search engine, google seem difficult to use these days. Is there any legitimate websites that sells leads since most are scam or a website similar to lendpost.com or privatemoneygoldmine.com? Please if you guys have any ideals that can help me with my business i will be grateful. On the other note, i lend mostly only to united states and canada.

Regards.

    30 Peer-to-Peer Lending Experts Reveal Top 3 Investing Tips

    This last one pretty much sums up everything you need to know about marketing. it makes two statements:

    * seasoned returns of 8.89%
    * borrow money starting at 5.99%

    Now, both statements may very well be true in some specific narrow context (I'm assuming they are).

    But you don't have to be a math major to figure out that nobody can make 9% lending money at 6%. So the rest of the time, either you aren't going to make 9% or you aren't going to borrow at 6%, and that's not even considering losses due to defaults.

    It's like saying "Hey, look Michael Jordan scored 60 pts a game. So you COULD score that much." Yeah, and if 3 were 5, I'd be in Mensa too.

    Just remember: Everyone can't be above average.

    I've considered a couple of these programs, but have so far found other places to invest that were more compelling. So I can't really tell you much other than that they look reasonable, and a consistent 8% is nothing to sneeze at.

      Hello Robert,

      I can see you are very frustrated, but this may not be the best arena for your question.

      I'm also aware that finding leads for your area of expertise is extremely difficult. Most are dead on any list of the sort you are requesting, or have been sold and resold ad nauseum.

      Have you tried hunting for a reputable company over at Forbes or Wall Street Journal? You may pay more, but wouldn't it be nice to avoid wasting time on dead leads?
