Subscription-based product ideas to sell to real estate developers

I'm a web developer with a client I work closely with and they have lots of big real estate developer clients. I'm in a position where I can create new web-based products and they will sell them for me to their clients in this particular niche which is awesome but I want to create more products which provide me with a monthly income, not just one-off payments.
I've made an appointment booking system for potential buyers to book a time and date to go look at a show home. I set up a micro-site and the company gets a fancy booking calendar where their leads get taken to after clicking a "Booking Appointment" link in their marketing emails. Then there is an overall web-based control panel for the admin staff to manage bookings etc. This is based on a monthly subscription fee per real estate development which their clients think is great.
This got me thinking, surely there must be a ton of other subscription-based products which I can create for my client to sell for me. I'm currently working on a re-brand-able app to sell the real estate companies to gather more leads for them from potential buyers with "Order Brochure" or "Book Appointment" features going straight into the same control panel - my own lead management system from all my products, well that is the plan, eventually!
I really want to grow my range of products/add-ons, all subscription-based, so I have a consistent income each month. Has anyone else had any success with this kind of service and if so what sort of products did/do you sell?
Any other ideas would be hugely appreciated as I have a meeting tomorrow with my client to share my latest product ideas
