I mostly use Google Trends+ Twitter Trends to decide on a tending niche. Yahoo Answers works pretty fine but not always, not perfectly. I'm looking into youtubes new update currently. It should turn out to be a great way to test a niche |

Yes, hang out at the top forums for whatever niche you're interested in. You'll find out about most things before most people. However, if you're looking for a site where you can go and find a list of the hottest niches online for making money, forget about it. I have yet to find one. People are not going to put up their hot money makers out of the goodness of their hearts. Essentially, it comes down to doing keyword research and working at it. In other words, there are no shortcuts. |

For product niche ideas I like to use Google's product search... it shows a list of keywords/products people are searching for... Google Product Search .jrd |

If you talk about google's hot trends then you can use the politicians and the people attached with show biz, because people want to know about their new reports (which are not discussed before). But at the same time when you are pointing niche market and hot trends then again it is very important that what is the interest of people. People want to know about article writing it is hot trend, if they want to know about adwords it become hottest. According to Steven it is true there is not short cut in this market but working on hot topics is not short cut, it is the right time to stroke. Best of luck. | |
