Commission Junction question

I've got a bunch of ads for my website, and they are set into each page with a ad rotation script that I made in php. A few of the ads have rounded corners, and they look terrible, because the artist that made them made the background white instead of transparent, and my background is a dark color. I do see at times that some of the ads allow an image redirect, and I'm not sure what that means, but what I'd like to do is take the images with the rounded corners, fix them in photoshop, and then serve them up from my own server. Is this against the rules? What is an image redirect?

Best thing to do is email the companies in question and ask, but I can't imagine them having a problem with it. If it helps your pages look better, you'll get more interest, more affiliate money, and more money for them.

    Cheers,
    Chris
