How would you monetize a free tutorial learning site like this?

Im putitng together my site and filming my tutorials and its turning into a lot like this https://www.thenewboston.com/
if you look in the center column those are all free courses.

and if you go deeper like here https://www.thenewboston.com/videos.php?cat=16
you see if has chapters on the left and free video in the middle, all free.

I understand this is a programmer who doesn need to make money, but I do
How would you monetize something like this?

Is it something where you make no money now, but just build your list? And add more in depth courses down the road which you charge for?
Is there a way to monetize something like this quickly, or just takes time?
thanks

maybe Adsense, Or advanced courses? you could start a newsletter where you promote future products/training or coaching? depending on how much traffic you receive you can always sell ad space

    Who is your market?

Where will this person come from, and what will they be looking for? You could offer a free introductory video...charge for each additional lesson...

Or operate it as a short fixed term membership site. Or do a udemy type course.

But it all begins with your market and how best to

    A) find them
    B) serve them

Get a mailing list going and test your list members' needs with different 'test' content pieces.

    These pieces test for clicks.

You'd be surprised at how lucrative your list's 'off niche' needs are
