How can I bring more visitors to my arcade website?

Greetings Warriors,

I have an arcade website ranked on the first page for various keywords receiving great USA organic traffic. However it's only making an average of $10 per day through AdSense. The site peaked at 1200 UV before thanksgiving and atm getting 500-600 UV, a drop caused because of vacation and school ending.

What can I do to bring more traffic and start earning more?

All suggestions welcome.

Try Facebook Ads, Facebook has a large proportion of Gamers as members.

Write short booklets and upload them to tons of free doc upload sites with rotating keywords/tags

Each would pull in small amounts of traffic

Put these streams together and you might have enough to sell your site on Flippa for a nice amount of cash.

Best of all, this is long term traffic

It all boils down to your keyword targets and of course, the quality of the booklets

Are you a part of any CPA affiliate networks like MaxBounty of Peerfly? If so, you might want to see if placing banners for simple email or zip submit offers on your site end up getting clicks and conversions.

It would be interesting to see your site first, just to check how you're positioning your ads. You could always contact google and ask them for some help, i mean how you could improve your website and how you could benefit from adsense even more. They are nice guys and should help you a lot.

You could also try doing some video reviews and promote them on youtube.

Post most of your ads in the header and in the content. Users on the Internet do not really love advertisements, so you've to change ad placements accordingly.

From an SEO view point create a Facebook page for your site and add the website address, also create a Youtube account add short video about the site put the link in the description, also do the same on google plus. These links are like arrows pointing back to your site and helps with ranking and traffic

Instead of Adsense why not try:
    - ads to affiliate products
    - ads to your own products
    - ads to your squeeze page.

I just don't see Adsense as worth bothering with.

Thank you everyone for your comments and suggestions. The thing about arcade traffic, is it is mostly kids and they are not likely to buy something off of an arcade site.

I have tried email/zip CPA offers, but, they do not convert well with this type of traffic.

Since making this thread I discovered a new traffic source that has already increased my daily UV by 100. So there's that! Not much of a difference in terms of revenue.

Advertising on Social Media Networks, Facebook Groups, creating your own Facebook page, creating your own gaming blog or commenting on gaming blogs, gaming forums, and Affiliate/CPA Marketing are all good ways to drive more traffic to your website. In my experience Adsense is all over the place. Sometimes you can get a great profit or like nothing at all and a waste of time and energy.

    Good Luck to You
