Default What Would You Do About This Ezines User?

So I am looking at my Google Analytics and follow one of the outgoing links. I get to a health site loaded with Ezines including one of mine.

Only they took each article and made it their own. So if I said....

"eat right and exercise'

they changed it to something like

"eat mouth of health and exercise slight when can"

Ummm the whole article is full of weird phrases (twists on my words) and encourages people to
"loose weight"

At the bottom my bio box is there. Two of my links are intact but the middle one has been changed and instead of going to my website goes back to this website.

There are dozens of other peoples ezines there with "weight loose" plans but I don't see anything for sale.

What are your thoughts on this?

Sorry, I don't quite understand the question, here.

What are ezines doing on a website? You mean they've been put there for people to download, or subscribe to, or what?

Anyway, it sounds like your work's been stolen and run through a "spinner" or something, doesn't it? I'd be contacting them and "inviting them to remove it from their site", pronto, with a copy (if possible) to their web-host, ISP, registrar, and anyone else I can copy, I suppose. (Do these people subscribe to your ezine? I might want to take them off my list, as well!).

Hey Alexa...

I could be wrong.. but I think Lee is using the terms Ezines for EzineArticles articles...

As in articles published to EZA

@ LBD...

Contact the host of the site and explain the problem... it won't take them long to shut it down, usually.

Peace

Jay

Yes EZA, they have dozens of authors EZA articles at their site, which have all been "personalized" by the site.

I can't understand why would they bother twisting the words with a spinner when they can use the articles from EZA as is. And there is nothing for sale there.

Do you mean contact their hosting agency like Godaddy or whoever it is or EZA or both?

I am not sure where I would look to find the host of the site?

Thanks very much, Jay.

I really missed the point, here: it never occurred to me that "loaded with ezines" actually meant "loaded with articles from EZA".

You may be able to get lucky by just going to the homepage and typing in after the domain name /anything so in this case if they don't have a folder named "anything" it may default to the hosts "page not found" page. for example it may say hostgator page not found. Then you know the host to contact about your articles. Worth a try. I don't think it always works.
